Saira Hussain, founder of Breath of Henna & the Love Letter Community has put together a WORTHY itinerary of rituals to help you reclaim your inner self without feeling guilt, shame or self-doubt. She is a women's self-worth advocate, a spiritual guide, energy worker, Artist and holistic health practitioner. Her art, work, engagements revolve around the Indigenous celebrations of women that branch from the eastern parts of the world. She calls upon you because she sees your worth and value; all that you bring and bestow onto this world without fear, without hesitation.






Saira wishes to celebrate and honour you through creative expression, the earth and community.




Saira encourages all women to come dressed in either white, gold, yellow, orange or red to embrace our creativity, emotional intelligence, our gifts, our ancestors, the earth, our compassion, our courage, our layers shed and those wings ripened within the hearts of women warriors. This event calls upon those women who are READY to see themselves as whole, brave, wild and free.


Time: 11 am - 2 pm

This event includes an intimate gathering of ONLY 20 women with the following rituals:



 
  • Sisters will be greeted by a rose and moon-water hand bathing ritual upon arrival.
 
  • We will go around the circle listening to our individual stories of what our values and greatest qualities are of being a Woman.
 
  • A 20-minute 'Reviving the Divine Feminine' guided-imagery Meditation will be led by Saira.
 
  • A 20-minute 'Love letter' reflection will be integrated post meditation while in connection to Higher self on handmade paper.
 
  • A 'Mirroring' ritual will be initiated as we go around the circle to address our greatest gifts; our bodies.
 
  • A 30-minute collective sister's Floral Mandala will be created in tribute of the earth, our independent journeys to celebrate our intersectionality.
 
  • As a token of your journey into the wilderness of your own body, your hand will be adorned in Henna accompanied by a intricately woven fresh floral bracelet.
If you're in need of unveiling the eyes of your heart and expanding the lungs of your womb with artistic expression amidst a circle where your emotions can be expressed, curated and choreographed then this event was made for you.

You've gone through a lot and it's time to let go, give ode to our bodies with gentleness, earth's fragrances and creativity.

1. Do I need to wear a mask while present?
We are not enforcing masks. We will be socially distanced for energetic purposes.

2. How long is the event?
The event is 3 hours long. 

3. Is parking free?
Yes parking is free.

4. Where in Vaughan, ON will you be hosting the event?
Due to privacy reasons, only attendees will receive this information. It will be hosted in Vaughan.

5. Will there be food at this event?
Due to duration, there will be no food at this event. Tea will be available for those interested in beverages alongside some finger food.

6. Do I need to bring anything to the event?
Yes. Please bring a small blanket and personal yoga mat. Water will be provided at the event. You can bring a tumbler if needed.

8. What does the $130 UD fee cover?
Our bonus Artist, ceremony materials, fresh floral jewelry, energy work offerings and space rental + refreshments.
